REFUND & RETURN POLICY



At OMGITSHAIR, all products are custom-made and hygiene-sensitive items. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.





ALL SALES FINAL – NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES



For hygiene and safety reasons, ALL HAIR PRODUCTS SOLD ON OUR WEBSITE ARE FINAL SALE.


We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.


This includes, but is not limited to:


  • Lace wigs of all sizes
  • 613 blonde wigs
  • Custom wigs
  • Sale or promotional items



Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, returned, or exchanged.





HYGIENE REGULATIONS



Due to hygiene regulations, wigs and hair products cannot be resold once they leave our facility.

For this reason:


All sales are final — no returns or exchanges.





PROCESSING TIME



  • All orders require 5–10 business days for processing (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Processing time does not include shipping time.
  • Orders cannot be modified once processing has begun.






DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS



We stand by our quality.


If you receive a defective item or the wrong item, you must:


  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photo and/or video proof
  • Item must be unused, uninstalled, and unaltered
  • Lace must be uncut



Once approved, the item will be replaced.


⚠️ No refunds will be issued — approved claims are replacement only.





ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REPLACEMENT



We do not replace items that have been:


  • Installed
  • Worn
  • Cut
  • Colored or chemically processed
  • Altered in any way



We are also not responsible for:


  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect length, lace size, or texture selected
  • Improper maintenance
  • Damage caused by dyeing, bleaching, or heat
  • Normal shedding (minimal shedding is expected)






613 BLONDE WIG DISCLAIMER



613 blonde wigs may require toning depending on personal preference.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper coloring or chemical processing.





CHARGEBACKS & FRAUD



Any chargebacks or payment disputes will be fully investigated and disputed with evidence. Fraudulent activity will result in a permanent ban from future purchases.
