PURCHASE OPTIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

PURCHASE OPTIONS
OMGITSHAIR offers the following purchase options:
Standard Purchase: Full payment is required at the time of order. Once payment is confirmed, we immediately begin sourcing and ordering your product from our suppliers. Your order will be processed and shipped within 5-10 business days after payment confirmation.
Pre-Orders: Some products may be available for pre-order. Pre-order items require full payment at the time of purchase. Estimated delivery dates are provided on the product page and are subject to change. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Subscription Orders (if applicable):Subscription purchases are billed automatically according to the frequency you select. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your account dashboard or by contacting us at vtgonedoit@gmail.com.
PAYMENT
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- Debit Cards
- Shop Pay
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- PayPal (if applicable)
All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. Payment is charged immediately upon order placement. Once payment is received, we immediately place your order with our suppliers.
ORDER CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER
Cancellation Window: You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase by emailing vtgonedoit@gmail.com with your order number and "URGENT CANCELLATION REQUEST" in the subject line.
After 2 Hours: Once 2 hours have passed, your order has likely already been placed with our supplier and cannot be cancelled. Because we order products specifically for you after payment, we cannot accept cancellations once the supplier order is placed.
No Cancellations After Supplier Order: If your order has already been placed with our supplier (typically within 2 hours of payment), it cannot be cancelled or refunded. All sales are final once the supplier order is confirmed.
Pre-Order Cancellations: Pre-orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled processing date. Once we place the order with our supplier, pre-orders cannot be cancelled.
Subscription Cancellations: Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. Contact us at vtgonedoit@gmail.com or manage your subscription through your account. Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged.
How to Request Cancellation:
- Email vtgonedoit@gmail.com immediately(within 2 hours of purchase)
- Include your order number in the subject line with "URGENT CANCELLATION REQUEST"
- State the reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)
- Allow up to 24 hours for confirmation
We cannot guarantee cancellation approval even within the 2-hour window if the supplier order has already been placed.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders: If your cancellation is approved before we place the supplier order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. If the supplier order has already been placed, our standard no-refund policy applies and you will receive the product as ordered.
ORDER CANCELLATION BY OMGITSHAIR
We reserve the right to cancel any order for the following reasons:
- Product is out of stock or unavailable from our suppliers
- Pricing or product description errors
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transaction
- Inability to verify payment information
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Shipping address cannot be verified or is flagged as high-risk
- Supplier cannot fulfill the order
If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days and email notification explaining the cancellation.
MODIFICATIONS TO ORDERS
Address Changes: Contact us immediately at vtgonedoit@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order if you need to change your shipping address. We cannot guarantee address changes once the supplier order is placed. Once shipped, addresses cannot be changed.
Product Changes: We cannot modify products or quantities after an order is placed because we immediately order from our suppliers. If you need to change your order, you must cancel (if within the 2-hour window and before supplier order is placed) and place a new order.
FAILED PAYMENTS
If your payment fails or is declined:
- Your order will not be processed
- We will not place an order with our suppliers
- You will receive an email notification
- You may attempt to reorder with updated payment information
- We are not responsible for price changes or product availability between failed payment and reorder
PARTIAL CANCELLATIONS
We do not offer partial cancellations. If you need to cancel specific items from a multi-item order, you must cancel the entire order (if within the 2-hour window) and place a new order for the items you want.
DROPSHIPPING NOTICE
OMGITSHAIR uses a dropshipping fulfillment model. This means:
- Products are ordered from our suppliers after you place your order
- We do not maintain physical inventory
- Products ship directly from our suppliers or through our fulfillment center
- Processing times are 5-10 business days to allow for supplier fulfillment
- Once we place your order with our supplier, cancellations and refunds are not possible
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Act fast: You have only 2 hours to request cancellation
- Due to the nature of our products (wigs and hair items) and our fulfillment model, all sales are final once the supplier order is placed
- Cancellation requests do not guarantee approval
- We process orders quickly, often within minutes of payment
- We are not responsible for cancellation requests sent to incorrect email addresses or not received due to spam filters
- Please review all product details, sizes, colors, and shipping information carefully before purchasing
